All product specifications, technical datasheets and performance claims are made in good faith based on our laboratory testing and field experience. Final suitability must be verified by the user for the specific intended application.

All trademarks (including ZavLar®, Vezlar®, DryLar®, DacLar®, Liquid Rubber Worldwide®), brand names, logos, content, formulations, photographs and proprietary information on this website are owned by Liquid Rubber HPC Limited or its licensors. 05WARRANTY & LIABILITY

Our products carry a manufacturer warranty up to 15 years, subject to certified application as detailed in the relevant technical datasheet. Warranty does not cover:

• Improper surface preparation or application not per TDS
• Mechanical damage or third-party alteration
• Acts of God, war, or extreme environmental events outside specification
• Substrate failure or pre-existing defects

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquid Rubber HPC Limited's total liability under any warranty claim is limited to the replacement value of the product supplied. We are not liable for consequential, indirect or incidental damages.

06PARTNERSHIP TERMS

Specific terms governing distributorship, private-label manufacturing, bulk supply or applicator certification are documented in separate Partnership Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) signed at onboarding. Those agreements take precedence over these general terms in case of conflict.

07INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Liquid Rubber HPC Limited harmless from any claims, losses, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of our products, breach of these terms, or violation of any law.

08GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

09CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
