It combines the deep protection of foundation and DPC applications with the strength of reinforced membrane systems, ensuring long-term performance in structurally demanding environments.
BaseLar™ is an advanced, single-component waterproofing system specifically developed for underlayer above grade, below-grade positive side applications. It creates a seamless, flexible, and reinforced membrane that effectively prevents water ingress, moisture penetration, and structural damage in concealed and substructure areas.
Engineered for use in podium decks, and terraces under screed or tiles, foundations, and basements, BaseLar™ combines excellent adhesion, crack-bridging capability, and resistance to hydrostatic pressure. When used with reinforcement fabric, it forms a robust waterproofing system capable of handling structural movement and long-term load conditions.
Its water-based formulation ensures safe, easy application without the need for heating or complex equipment, making it an efficient alternative to traditional sheet and bitumen-based systems.
