Which Liquid Rubber® system fits my project?

Send drawings, environment exposure and application timeline to our team, we'll match the right system (ZavLar®, Vezlar®, DryLar® or DacLar®) and ship a stamped technical datasheet within 48 hours. The four systems cover residential, commercial, below-grade and industrial corrosion needs.
What standards are your products tested to?

Every Liquid Rubber® system is tested per ASTM (D412, D903, D2240, G155), ISO 1817 and BIS standards. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, are REACH compliant for EU export, and provide stamped TDS with every system. Full reports are available on request.
What's the warranty?

Up to 15 years on certified application. Warranty terms accompany the technical datasheet, covering manufacturing defects on systems applied per spec.
Is the product VOC compliant?
+
Yes, all our systems are water-based, single-component, low-VOC formulations safer for applicators and end-users. Green Pro certified.
What's the shelf life?
+
12 months in sealed original packaging stored at 5 to 35°C, away from direct sunlight. Cold-chain storage extends shelf life, we ship under cold-chain conditions for export.
APPLICATION QUESTIONS
How do I prepare the surface?
+
Substrate must be clean, sound, dry and free of loose material, oil, grease or contaminants. Power-wash or grind as needed. Repair major cracks and structural defects before primer. Detailed prep instructions are in each product's TDS.
Can I apply Liquid Rubber® myself?
+
ZavLar® and DryLar® are DIY-friendly with brush/roller. DacLar® requires fabric reinforcement and is professional-grade. Vezlar® is industrial-grade and should be applied by trained applicators. We offer on-site training and certification for all systems.
How many coats are needed?
+
Typically 2 to 3 coats depending on substrate and application. DacLar® includes fabric reinforcement between coats. Total dry film thickness varies, see each product's TDS for exact requirements.
What's the cure time?
+
Surface-dry in 2 to 4 hours at 25°C / 50% RH. Full cure in 7 days. Foot traffic after 24 hours. Vary with humidity and temperature, see TDS for full cure profile.
Do you provide on-site training?

Yes. Our certified applicator program includes on-site training, remote/video sessions and full technical documentation. Contact us to schedule a session for your team.
SHIPPING & SUPPLY
What's your manufacturing capacity?

6 lakh litres per month from our integrated Gujarat facility, scalable for large orders. Annual production capacity is 7,200 tons.
Do you ship internationally?
+
Yes. We export globally via Gujarat's port network. Mundra, Pipavav and Hazira. Lead times depend on destination but typically 21 to 45 days from order to delivery.
What's the minimum order?

Bulk supply MOQ starts at 1 ton. For private-label / white-label arrangements, the MOQ is typically higher and depends on packaging customization, discuss with our partner development team.
Can I get custom packaging?

Yes, both for bulk buyers (custom drum sizes, pail formats) and private-label partners (full branded packaging design). Tell us your specs in the partner inquiry form.
Do you maintain cold-chain storage?

Yes. Both for incoming raw materials and finished goods. Cold-chain transport is arranged on request for sensitive export routes.

Do you offer white-label / private label?

Yes. Our private-label program supports custom branding, packaging design and product adaptation, we help partners build their own market presence under strict NDA.
How do regional distributorships work?

We work with regional & country-level distributors with appropriate territory protection. Volumes, exclusivity and marketing co-investment are discussed during onboarding. Get in touch via the partner form.
Will my market data and purchase volumes be kept confidential?

Absolutely. We maintain strict confidentiality across all partnerships and operate under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect your market data, purchase volumes and business interests. Secure handling of all client information and proprietary branding is standard.
Can I visit the manufacturing plant?

Yes, by appointment. Plant tours can be arranged with 48 hours notice. We welcome partner visits, distributor reviews and applicator training at our Gujarat facility.
What's the partnership decision timeline?

After your inquiry, we typically respond within 24 business hours. Discovery call, technical fit assessment and commercial discussion usually concludes within 14 days. NDA signed first, of course.
